press coverage

We want to give you as much help as we can to ensure your campaign is successful as possible. Getting your school’s collection featured in your local paper will help to make your local community aware of your collection and the way in which they can help.

All you need to do is:
1. Take a digital photograph of some pupils holding mobiles and some Fones4Schools promotion material. Make sure the photograph is high resolution.
2. Complete the online PRESS RELEASE INFORMATION FORM. Make sure you include an e-mail address that you have access to and upload your photograph at the end of the form.
3. When we receive your form we will write a press release for you and e-mail a copy to you at the address you provided.
4. All you need to do is check you are happy with the release and e-mail back to let us know.
5. We will then send this release to your local newspapers.
6. To increase the chances of your story being featured in your local newspaper you can contact the paper to see if they need and further information.
7. We will send you an e-mail with the contact details of the journalists we have sent it to.
8. If you do receive any coverage in your local paper please cut it out and send a copy to us.

If you have any questions about the Press Release Information form or you just want some further information please contact Gemma Bullivent on gemma.bullivent@fones4schools.co.uk or 01625 665787.
